Black Out Days

“A thousand voices howling in my head.”

While this digital age certainly has its drawbacks, one of the benefits is that bands can throw out morsels of their work at random for their fans to enjoy.  That’s the case here with “Black Out Days” from synth-wizards Phantogram.  It’s dark, distorted and riddled with hooks, just as we’ve come to expect. If you’re not familiar with Phantogram’s previous work, run don’t walk to the nearest record store and get your hands on a copy of their debut album Eyelid Movies.  Seriously, go. I’m waiting. ~bp
